하지만, 난 처음으로 나에게 가장 중요한 것을 돌보기로 결정했고 그건 바로 '나 자신'이었다.
But, For the first time, I decided to take care of what matter the most to me and that was 'myself'.
그래서 우선 대장 내시경과 위장 내시경을 받으려고 예약을 잡았다.
So, for starters, I made an appointment to get a colonoscopy and an upper ednoscopy.

어차피 둘 다 필요한 것을 알기에 차라리 동시에 하는 게 낫겠다고 생각했다.

시술 내내 마취가 되어 있을 거라 난 아무것도 느끼지 못할 것이다.

의료 과학의 발전 덕분에, 10년 전처럼 2리터의 준비 용액을 꿀꺽 마실 필요는 없을 것이다.
Thank to advance in medical science, I won't have to gulp down 2 liters of prep solution as I did 10 years back.
